At Ceridian, our world-class events are a key part of our operational DNA. In light of the evolving global health crisis, we have made the decision to transform Ceridian’s annual customer conference, INSIGHTS, into an entirely virtual experience for 2020. We made this choice out of an abundance of caution, with the safety of our customers, partners, vendors, employees, and communities top of mind.

 

What is the status of Ceridian INSIGHTS 2020?

Is Ceridian INSIGHTS 2020 taking place as scheduled in Las Vegas?

Due to the evolving global health crisis, we have made the decision to transform Ceridian’s annual customer conference, INSIGHTS, into an entirely virtual experience for 2020. And while we will not be meeting in person this year, we will be bringing you the INSIGHTS experience you know and love in an exciting new virtual format.

 

What will the virtual Ceridian INSIGHTS 2020 look like?

Ceridian is working hard to create an engaging experience for all attendees, with more details to follow in the coming weeks.

 

What are the dates for the digital experience?

Exact dates are to be determined, but INSIGHTS will take place in October. Stay tuned for an announcement in the coming weeks.

 

Will there be a cost to attend the digital experience?

As Ceridian is actively working on planning the virtual INSIGHTS experience, more details will follow in the coming weeks.

What is Ceridian doing to help during this difficult time?

At the outset of the global health crisis, Ceridian shared resources to help our customers and communities manage the effects of the pandemic. We released the Dayforce Safety Monitor, enabling our customers to monitor the health and safety of their employees during the Coronavirus outbreak. We also launched the COVID-19 Learning Portal, offering public access to complimentary Coronavirus preparedness learning materials.

 

Will Ceridian refund all previously purchased conference passes?

Ceridian will transfer all paid passes to 2021 or refund them as requested. If you have more questions please feel free to reach out to insightsconference@ceridian.com.

Can I apply a conference pass to future years?

Absolutely – we would love to see you in 2021!

 

Will Ceridian provide reimbursement for airfare or hotels booked outside of the registration system?

As these elements are not part of the conference pass, we recommend contacting the airlines and hotels directly.

 

Will sponsorship fees be refunded?

What are the future plans for Ceridian INSIGHTS?

The team is actively working on the virtual INSIGHTS experience to ensure we maximize the networking, learning, and fun our customer community has come to expect. More details will follow in the coming weeks. The safety, health, and well-being of our employees, customers, prospects, and communities remains our top priority, and future events will continue to ensure proper protocols are in place to maintain everyone’s safety.

 

What other Ceridian virtual events are currently available to me?

Will virtual events be recorded for viewing post-event? Or must a customer who has registered for the session attend at the specified time slot?

We will record as much content as possible for post-event viewing, although some content is best experienced live. All details will be shared as we finalize the virtual INSIGHTS experience.
