Whether you’re a returning customer to INSIGHTS, or looking to purchase a Ceridian product, our program has sessions for each attendee type and offers more than 100 sessions from four session tracks: Dayforce HCM, Ceridian HR/Payroll Products, Compliance & Legislation and Professional Development. Human Resources

Your focus is looking after your people. You take care of the day-to-day employee administration, including absences, leave, company policies, benefits and other common employee requests.

As part of INSIGHTS, you’re looking to learn about new ways to streamline HR processes to become more efficient and effective. This experience will emphasize best practices for HR administration and how to get the most out of your Dayforce solution. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from your fellow HR professionals.

People and Culture

Your focus is developing your people. You are responsible for ensuring that your people are engaged, motivated and driven. You work with your employees to understand their needs and foster a unique culture across your organization. You drive the people strategy to attract, develop and retain your most valuable assets – your people.

As part of INSIGHTS, you’re looking to learn about new ways to leverage technology and data to support and enhance your people strategy. This experience will emphasize a holistic approach to talent management and enable you to collaborate with diverse People and Culture leaders.

Payroll

Your focus is on paying your people. You are responsible for making sure payroll is accurate and always on-time. You stay current on all legislation changes to make sure your organization maintains compliance and properly pays your people.

As part of INSIGHTS, you’re looking to learn about changes in the payroll landscape and how you can best prepare your organization. This experience will get you up to speed on compliance changes and provide insights into the future of payroll. Your focus is scheduling your people. You are responsible for strategically staffing and deploying labor across your locations. You plan, schedule and track your peoples’ time to make sure you can support customer demand while maintaining compliance.
